Delete your ZBuddy account
This page explains how to delete your ZBuddy account and associated personal data processed by Guangzhou Zhiti Information Technology Co., Ltd. For the full privacy policy, see ZBuddy Privacy Policy (international).
Delete in the App (recommended)
- Open ZBuddy and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to Profile (My) → Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the notice, confirm you understand, request an SMS verification code, enter the code, and confirm deletion.
Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you return to guest mode on that device; cloud content tied to the account is scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Membership benefits end and cannot be restored. Back up important recordings on your device before you delete.
Request by email
If you cannot use the App, email aiware@agentclouds.ai from the address you used with ZBuddy (or include the phone number registered on your account). We verify your identity and process deletion requests within 15 business days.
